Eye Associates of Grapevine on the cutting edge of technology, disease detection

In 1986, Dr. Jerry L. Latham and Dr. Michael L. Grace saw the potential and the need for an optometric practice in the growing community of Grapevine. They names their practice 20/20 Vision Clinic. They wanted to provide their patients the finest quality eye care utilizing state of the art technology and training, but in a caring, friendly, and personal way.

They have achieved this goal. Now known as the Eye Associates of Grapevine, the practice was recently relocated into a brand new state-of-the-art facility at 819 Ira E Woods or one block west of Tate at Ball Street.

Since opening their practice, they have also added two associates. Dr. Marty L. Faber and Dr. Ree Dee Granado-Chaney.

Eye Associates of Grapevine offer the latest technology in the fitting of contact lenses for difficult cases such astigmatism, monovision, and multifocal corrections. They pride themselves in the early detection and co-management of ocular diseases such as glaucoma and cataracts. They also utilize the Optos Retinal Scan, which takes an image of 90 percent of the retina, and is an invaluable tool in the detection of retinal abnormalities.

Their caring staff is thoroughly trained and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the optical field. Staff memebrs include a certified paraoptometric assistant, a certified paraoptometric, and two fulltime opticians.
